Project 2 | Children's Illustration: The Gathering
Here is my illustration. I decided to go in a darker direction and direct my focus not on the explicit detail of the list but the (supposed) witch's gathering of them. It starts with the child Angus, illustrated here. Thoughts??
I can tell you worked a lot on considering the lights and darks, maybe just a little bit more, there would be a shadow behind the boy, I think that would help him stand out. I loves the coloring on the witches hat.
There is a respectable amount of detail put into this. I like colors on the witches hat, they really embellish the shape. It is easy to understand what is going on here. Good work
I think the detail is really nice and I can tell you put a lot of thought into everything especially the witch's hat and the clock. I also think the boy could use a more detail and a shadow to help make him stand out more. Great job.
